Rideau Centre
The Rideau Centre is one of Canada's premiere urban malls and is directly adjacent to Ottawa's future Congress Centre. Pivotal is providing project advisory services to the Viking Rideau Corporation, which owns the land being developed for the new Congress Centre.

Project features:
• Multiple connections to the Rideau Centre
• 1,000,000 sq.ft of retail space (Rideau Centre)
• P3 development of the Ottawa Congress Centre

   
       
Round Up Centre Expansion, Calgary
Phase 1 expansion includes: new exhibition hall; 2 storey front-of-house area (i.e. pre-function, meeting rooms & office space) tying the existing facility to a new Casino; back of house support space (i.e. loading, staging, storage, kitchen expansion and staff facilities); and renovations to existing meeting rooms and the front entrance.
   
       
Laboratory, Ft. McMurray
The Laboratory is a single story structure intended for testing of hydrocarbon samples from the Oilsands plants. The lab has specialty equipment and piping required for the testing process, as well as recovery of the samples and water through neutralization inside holding tanks, with subsequent discharge into recovery systems.

New Projects

IKEA, Richmond and Winnipeg
Pivotal is providing full project management services – from design development to commissioning – on IKEA’s new developments in Richmond, B.C. and Winnipeg, Manitoba. Each is approximately 340,000 square feet and includes retail, office and warehouse space.

Camrose Hotel, Camrose, AB
Pivotal is providing financial oversight on the construction of a $10.5M, 112-room hotel addition to the existing casino development in Camrose, approximately 100 kms southeast of Edmonton, Alberta.

Crofton Manor, Vancouver
Pivotal is managing remediation and redesign of this seniors’ facility which provides both independent and assisted living.

Eglinton Crosstown LRT, Toronto
Pivotal is project-managing the multi-disciplinary design team creating the conceptual design for three prototype underground stations on the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rapid Transit (ECLRT), a new, fully-underground line being program-managed by the TTC and funded by Metrolinx.
