The $26 M project consists of the phased construction of two Industrial/Light Manufacturing buildings totaling over 250,000 ft2 in an existing business park in East Ottawa . The project challenges include traffic infrastructure concerns, political and local neighbourhood stakeholder interaction.

   
       

Des Erables Boulevard In Salaberry-De-Valleyfield Lot 1534 ( Diageo), Montreal
A multi-building complex of 1 storey industrial warehouses and ancillary improvements totaling 800,000 sq.ft designated for the purpose of barrel storage and aging of liquor. The project will be developed in approximately 3 phases. Phase 1 and II are completed, Phase III is in discussion.

   
       
Eastlake Portico Business Centre, Calgary
The three buildings were developed on a 25 acre site in the Eastlake Industrial subdivision located in southeast Calgary. Each building offers multiple tenancies and various warehouse/office combinations. Clear ceiling heights in warehouse areas are 28'-0 and each building has three loading docks per bay.
   
 

New Projects

IKEA, Richmond and Winnipeg
Pivotal is providing full project management services – from design development to commissioning – on IKEA’s new developments in Richmond, B.C. and Winnipeg, Manitoba. Each is approximately 340,000 square feet and includes retail, office and warehouse space.

Camrose Hotel, Camrose, AB
Pivotal is providing financial oversight on the construction of a $10.5M, 112-room hotel addition to the existing casino development in Camrose, approximately 100 kms southeast of Edmonton, Alberta.

Crofton Manor, Vancouver
Pivotal is managing remediation and redesign of this seniors’ facility which provides both independent and assisted living.

Eglinton Crosstown LRT, Toronto
Pivotal is project-managing the multi-disciplinary design team creating the conceptual design for three prototype underground stations on the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rapid Transit (ECLRT), a new, fully-underground line being program-managed by the TTC and funded by Metrolinx.
